If you logged into Kaya using Humanitarian ID, you will need to visit http://humanitarian.id to change the password.
Please note: If your organisation has a Portal on Kaya and is using Single-Sign-On (SSO) then you should select the organisation's name from the 'Organisations (SSO)' section on the main login page. If you need to reset your organisational password, get in touch with your IT Team.
